About our company
The family firm “HKP METAL s.r.o.” is active in the sector of mechanical engineering production. In this area, the firm offers mostly bespoke and tailor-made work during which an emphasis is placed on quality and meeting the delivery terms. We are holders of such certificates as ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009, ČSN EN ISO 3834-2 and others.
Our business activities include especially production of hydraulic tanks, steel structures, CNC edging, CNC metal cutting and surface finishing. Besides, we deal with production of precision weldments, production of machine tool frames, special-purpose production machines and lines, and we produce forestry bodies for tractors as well.
We launched production of hydraulic tanks and weldments in 2002 as the firm “Procházka Josef – kovovýroba sdružení”.

Production
and metal production process
In our company, we manufacture products according to our customer’s documentation.
HKP METAL is equipped with machinery for metal cutting and metal work production.
Metallurgical material without limitation.
The firm is certified for welding of both carbon and stainless steel.
In metal work production, we process steel sheet according to EN S235, S355 up to a thickness of 150 mm, as well as stainless steel according to EN 1.4301, 1.4306, 1.4541, 1.4401, 1.4404, 1.4571, and according to ASME 304, 304L, 308L, 316, 316L.
A matter-of-course is a complete delivery of a product, including surface finishing, transport or assembly.
Maximum weight of the product is 12500kg.
The operation dealing with metal cutting is equipped with both conventional and CNC machine tools.
Quality Policy
Certificates (CZ, EN, DE)
In our company, we manufacture products according to our customer’s documentation. High quality of welding works is guaranteed by trained staff and supervised by the Welding Engineer.
We are a holder of the ISO 3834-2:2006 certification. At customers’ requests we are able to ensure all NDT tests of welds at a certified firm. Measurement and Output Reports for every product are a matter-of-course.
